What we collect and why

We collect the contact details, portfolio links, professional experience, availability, rates, written responses, and acknowledgements you choose to submit. They are used to evaluate this creative engagement and communicate about your application. Please do not include confidential client materials.

Access and storage

Designated recruitment reviewers access applications through a protected interface. Application records are stored on our IONOS hosting, with private backups. Confirmation emails pass through our configured email service. We do not publish applications or use them for marketing.

Retention

Unsuccessful application records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the finalist-contact date. Our application backups normally expire within seven additional days. Copies on an offline backup computer are removed when its maintenance next runs; expired unsuccessful application records are deleted before a restored database is used. Finalists still under consideration are retained until that process is resolved. If an engagement begins, its recordkeeping will be addressed in that engagement.

Website measurement

We use aggregate counts of page views, brief opens, and application steps to understand the funnel. Application answers, names, email addresses, and portfolio URLs are excluded from these counts. A temporary session cookie protects form submissions. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit automated abuse. Hosting and email services may retain operational logs.

Submit your best, complete application the first time. Submitted applications are final; we do not accept corrections, replacements, or supplemental materials. You can still use the privacy contact above for privacy questions, access, or deletion requests.
